To manage this, an electronic ticketing system has been introduced, allowing visitors to book specific time slots in advance. Revenue from ticket sales is allocated with 70% directed to the municipality of Agios Vasilios and 30% to the Organization for the Environment and Climate Change (OFYPEKA). These funds are earmarked for essential services, including the installation of safety measures, establishment of first aid stations, regular maintenance and cleaning, and the development of additional trails to enhance the visitor experience. &nbsp;For those planning a visit, it’s advisable to secure tickets ahead of time, wear appropriate footwear for the sometimes rugged terrain, and carry essentials like water and sun protection.
